Contest Diet, Supplement, and Training Prep
NPC contest and or regional
level show. This contest prep will contain telephone
conversation, email, and complete information from day 1 all the
way too the contest. Depending on time contest prep for regional
level will cost from $630 to $1,030 depending on how much
attention you need. Contact Paul with
pictures and info before paying.

20
Starting weight was 144. Ending
weight was 126. This was a 4 month transformation. She ended up
competing in a fitness contest in October of 2005. Two before pics
and three after pics.
Dustin Mahan, Age 23
Competed in 3 shows
rehabilitated his knees from completely broken and destroyed in
skiing accident. Starting weight was 205 at 5 ft 6. Ending weight
was 176 at same height.

Now a national NPC bodybuilder. Won the NPC granite cup in May.
CJ Digambarino (Age 20)
Starting weight 222 lbs and ending weighing 183 pounds.
This
was a 6 week transformation under complete supervision of Paul DeSimone. CJ will be competing this year.
He has improved
so much from my concepts and is a great kid and friend. Look
